Dr. David C. Graham
Senior Pastor of Holy Temple COGIC since 1976. What began as a mission to help a small struggling church became a lifelong ministry marked by faith, perseverance, and miraculous growth. Through God’s provision and community support, Pastor Graham led the transformation of Holy Temple into a thriving church and sanctuary. His leadership continues to inspire worship, service, and spiritual growth throughout Toms River.
Under his leadership, Holy Temple transformed from a struggling wooden structure into a fully built sanctuary; accomplished through community support, miraculous provision, and a “pay as we go” faith approach that witnessed God’s hand at every step. From land acquisitions to construction breakthroughs, Pastor Graham consistently saw obstacles turn into testimonies of God’s faithfulness.
Beyond building walls, he has built people; nurturing believers, strengthening families, and creating a church rooted in worship, generosity, and community service.
Dr. Graham is known for his steadfast leadership, humility, and deep reliance on prayer. His life reflects a shepherd’s heart and a builder’s faith, committed to advancing God’s kingdom and serving the Toms River community with love and integrity.
Evangelist Shirley J. Graham
Devoted minister, passionate Bible teacher, and inspirational speaker who faithfully serves as Assistant Pastor.
Throughout her ministry, Evangelist Shirley is recognized for:
